The SO-0520 Series operates continuously at 20°C with only 1.6W power consumption, delivering 300 Ampere-Turns of magnetic force. In intermittent mode (10% duty cycle), performance increases to 16W / 948 Ampere-Turns — achieving both energy efficiency and strong magnetic output.
Wide Multi-Voltage Range: Available in 6V, 12V, 24V, and 48V versions with resistance ranging from 23Ω to 1440Ω and winding turns from 1150 to 9000, providing flexible integration with various DC control systems or PLC outputs.
Compatible with Continuous and Intermittent Operation: 100% (Continuous): 1.6W / 300 AT (for long-duration holding); 50%: 3.2W / 424 AT (max. ON time 50 sec); 25%: 6.4W / 600 AT (max. ON time 18 sec); 10%: 16W / 948 AT (max. ON time 2 sec); Supports multi-stage duty cycle settings, allowing flexible adjustment of magnetic output according to application requirements.

At 20°C it delivers 300 AT with only 1.6W in continuous duty, and can switch to 50%/25%/10% intermittent modes—3.2W / 6.4W / 16W—for higher peak force up to 948 AT. Covering 6–48V, the coils—e.g., 6V: 23Ω / 1150 turns; 48V: 1440Ω / 9000 turns—are precisely matched to balance flux and temperature rise, making it ideal for long-running automation and precision mechanisms.
