High Magnetic Force Output: At 20°C, the solenoid produces approximately 1280 Ampere-Turns under continuous energization (100% duty cycle); in intermittent mode (10% duty cycle), output can reach up to 4053 AT — over three times the holding force, ideal for applications requiring strong instantaneous magnetic pull (e.g., electromagnetic locks or brakes).
Supports Continuous and Intermittent Operation: 100% (Continuous): 8W / 1280 AT – suitable for long-duration operation. 50%: 16W / 1813 AT (Max ON: 140 sec). 25%: 32W / 2560 AT (Max ON: 50 sec). 10%: 80W / 4053 AT (Max ON: 9 sec). Flexible switching between steady holding and powerful short-term actuation based on application needs.
High-Efficiency Thermal Coil Design: Utilizes a low-resistance, high-turn coil structure (6V: 4.5Ω / 960 turns → 48V: 288Ω / 7680 turns), achieving high magnetic flux density while maintaining excellent temperature control for stable long-term operation.
High Reliability and Durability: Constructed with high-permeability and heat-resistant materials, providing vibration resistance and thermal endurance, ensuring stable performance under frequent cycling and prolonged operation.

At 20°C it delivers a steady 1280 AT at only 8W in continuous duty, and—when switched to 50% / 25% / 10% intermittent modes— operates at 16W / 32W / 80W with peak magnetic force up to 4053 AT for short high-force actuation. Covering 6–48V, coils (e.g., 6V: 4.5Ω / 960 turns; 48V: 288Ω / 7680 turns) are tightly matched to maintain flux while controlling temperature rise. The series supports long-duration holding and instant pull-in, making it ideal for automated valves, locking mechanisms, industrial actuators, and precision control equipment.
